Surrounded by the rich culture and history in the Northern peninsula that dates back to the 13th century, Jetwing Jaffna is the latest project by the Jetwing group. Featuring 55 stylishly-designed bedrooms, the accommodation offers luxury whilst giving the guests the opportunity to explore a part of Sri Lanka which has been shrouded in mystery for the past few decades. Jetwing Jaffna blends Northern aesthetics with the unfailing hospitality the hotel chain is known for.
Accommodation
The 55 rooms at Jetwing Jaffna are all Deluxe rooms with private balconies with views of the ocean and Jaffna town. Out of the total, 20 are twin rooms and 35 are double, with 10 rooms that are interconnecting. The hotel welcomes the differently abled and have three rooms designed specifically for their needs.
In-room facilities include: A/C, a TV with cable channels, a mini bar, a safe, ironing facilities and tea and coffee making amenities. The ensuite bathrooms include rain showers with h/w.
Jaffna is known across the island for its mouth-watering cuisine, which showcases an entirely different side of Sri Lankan flavours. The restaurant at Jetwing Jaffna serves up authentic Jaffna dishes including Asian, Western and Mediterranean meals and a wide range of vegetarian and seafood dishes. The main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar offers a selection of foreign spirits, wines and beverages.
