Outside the main CCC Mirissa building is the independent Two Bedroom Villa consisting of one of the Beach Balcony Suites and the Beach Access Terrace Suite. This stand-alone feature of the villa means that it is a fairly decent distance away from the main action areas but never too far away from the things that really matter like the beach, the restaurant and the swimming pool. Both suites have excellent direct sea views while the Beach Access Terrace Suite located on the ground floor opens right onto the beach.
